Senior Change Management Consultant

About the role

Magellan, an international management and technology consulting group, is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant in Nantes. You will join the Change Management community to support key accounts and regional organizations in their digital strategy and the evolution of user environments that result from it. The role is hands-on, with autonomy in designing and implementing change management frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Support clients in defining and implementing their change management strategy
• Lead workshops on digital usage and workplace practices
• Assess impacts and functional and organizational needs related to user services
• Map user profiles and use cases
• Recommend governance frameworks and use case strategies, especially for integrating AI into daily operations
• Design and oversee change management programs, scoping studies and impact assessments of technologies on business processes
• Lead scoping phases autonomously and monitor the transformation of clients' information systems
• Contribute to improving offerings by designing and delivering change management solutions

Required profile

• Master's degree (or equivalent) and at least 5 years of experience in change management, particularly user adoption and digital transformation
• Ability to interact with stakeholders from executives to operational teams
• Passion for new digital usages and involvement in large-scale transformation programs
• Comfortable working in English, especially in digital transformation contexts
• Proven experience in change management with a pragmatic approach to user adoption (communication, training, engagement, community management)

Required skills

• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
• Solid general culture and knowledge of Microsoft solutions
• Autonomy and proactivity, able to manage several assignments in multi-client environments
