Senior Account Manager – Global Risk Management

About the role

Marsh Risk, a business of Marsh, is looking for a Senior Account Manager within its Commercial Risk Management team in Paris. You will manage a portfolio of large-account clients and prospects (annual turnover above 3 billion euros), acting as their main point of contact.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the client and prospect portfolio and ensure its retention and profitability
• Identify development opportunities on existing accounts and pursue new large-account prospects
• Prepare and take part in team meetings and commercial meetings, and follow up on them
• Apply the group's commercial guidelines and respond to tenders
• Animate the client team and work autonomously within a dynamic, supportive sales team

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher (business school, insurance, engineering or law)
• Preferred experience in client relations at brokerage firms, insurance companies or risk management
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Good listening, empathy and interpersonal skills, with a commercial spirit
• Self-motivated, methodical and rigorous, with strong project management and teamwork skills
