Senior Account Executive (General Business) - East of France

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive the growth of a portfolio of strategic accounts within its France East team. As a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, you guide them through their digital transformation with value-based solutions across the full Salesforce platform. The position is fully remote, ideally based in Metz, Strasbourg or Nancy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor by understanding the business challenges of clients across the East of France and co-creating solutions aligned with their strategic objectives.
• Sell the full Salesforce ecosystem to help clients achieve their goals and explore new opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including pre-sales engineers, professional services and partners, to meet complex client needs.
• Build lasting relationships with senior decision-makers in target organizations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in consultative software sales (SaaS) or complex, long-cycle technology solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in French and English.

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency in a structured sales methodology such as MEDDIC or Challenger.
• Ability to build high-value business cases and strong partner alliances.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing complex strategic accounts.
