SAP HCM Technical Consultant (BIB & Infoporter)

About the role

Arago is seeking a SAP HCM Technical Consultant specialized in Business Integration Builder (BIB) and Infoporter to join its growing HR transformation team. You will work on international projects, designing and optimizing data integration between SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support employee master data replication using SAP Business Integration Builder.
• Design, maintain, and optimize integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP HCM/ECP.
• Develop and maintain HR data extraction solutions with SAP Infoporter.
• Support HR data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.
• Produce functional and technical specifications and execute unit, integration, and UAT testing.
• Participate in cut‑over, go‑live, and hyper‑care phases.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, integration specialists, and business stakeholders.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, HRIS or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands‑on experience with BIB and Infoporter.
• Proven experience in HR data migration and integration projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
