Sales Support Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract)

About the role

IFF, a global leader in taste, scent and nutrition, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. This is a fixed-term contract covering a maternity leave absence. The role supports commercial activities, coordinates projects, manages pricing information and ensures smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal activities and ad-hoc requests for local and regional teams, and respond to customer and stakeholder inquiries promptly
• Coordinate toxicology reviews and follow up on requests
• Lead and coordinate maintenance projects, track milestones and deliverables, and maintain project information in internal systems
• Maintain project portfolios, databases and base files locally and regionally, and support quotation preparation and price list maintenance
• Collect, validate and update pricing information, prepare quotations and communicate price updates to stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field
• Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Project Coordination or a similar role
• Fluent English; French is a plus
• Advantageous: experience with international or regional commercial teams, pricing and quotation processes, cross-functional project coordination, and experience in the flavors, fragrances, ingredients, consumer goods, life sciences or chemical industries

Required skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP, CRM or project management platforms is an advantage
