Sales Representative – Alps (France)

About the role

Helly Hansen is seeking a Sales Representative for the Alpine region of France. Working closely with the Country Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, build strong relationships with retail partners, and ensure the brand’s presence is maximised across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through bookings, ASAPs and clearances while maintaining a sustainable approach.
• Manage the full order cycle – entry, tracking, confirmation, cancellations and delivery information.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations following the structured selling process.
• Conduct seasonal or monthly business reviews with customers.
• Identify product opportunities, develop assortments and ensure core‑to‑exploration items are represented.
• Balance merchandising needs with Helly Hansen product placement objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships at all account levels.
• Segment and differentiate distribution strategically to support sustainable growth.
• Communicate daily with buyers, managers and customer service to relay opportunities, issues and progress.
• Participate in sales meetings, trade fairs and cooperate with finance to ensure account payment discipline.
