Sales Advisor (Brand Representative) - Westfield Velizy 2

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is looking for a Brand Representative (sales advisor) for its store at Westfield Velizy 2 in Vélizy-Villacoublay. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming and attentive service to all customers, anticipate their needs and offer product support and styling guidance across categories
• Support product replenishment and keep the sales floor clean, organised and visually consistent, including folding, hanging and sizing
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently while keeping a friendly checkout experience
• Support omni-channel orders such as Save the Sale, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store packaging

Required profile

• Fluent in French
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement and operational tasks
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliability and commitment to consistent attendance

The full-time starting rate is EUR 21,882.96 per year (35 hours per week); the offer is subject to completing the 60-day probation period and to the applicant completing the required work visa formalities.
