Sales Advisor (Brand Representative) - Hollister, Westfield Les 4 Temps

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is looking for a Brand Representative (sales advisor) for its Hollister store at Westfield Les 4 Temps in Puteaux. Brand Representatives bring the store experience to life by engaging customers with care, representing the brand authentically and helping create a welcoming environment for everyone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming and attentive service, anticipate needs, start conversations naturally and offer product support and styling advice across categories.
• Maintain a clean, organised and visually consistent sales floor: fold, hang and size merchandise and ensure presentation standards are met.
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently, keeping the checkout experience friendly.
• Support omni-channel orders: Save the Sale orders, in-store pick-up and ship-from-store orders.

Required profile

• Fluent in French.
• Ability to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, balancing customer engagement with operational tasks.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and committed to consistent attendance.

The full-time starting rate is 22,404.84 EUR per year (35 hours per week); the starting rate may be modified in the future. Job offers may be conditional on completing the required work visa formalities.
