Assistant Manager - Hollister Store, Puteaux

Abercrombie & Fitch is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Hollister store at Westfield Les 4 Temps in Puteaux. The role combines business strategy, operations, creativity and people management: driving sales through customer service, overseeing daily store operations, updating floor displays, and leading the team from recruitment to development. The company promotes from within.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines and supervise the sales floor and stockroom
• Handle staffing, scheduling, payroll and train and develop non-management staff
• Demonstrate product knowledge and build and maintain visual displays
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions, protect store assets and run inventory control
• Operate register and point-of-sale systems and fulfil omnichannel orders
• Represent the brand and uphold company culture and values

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and French, required
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and a strong customer focus
• Strong communication, coaching and teamwork skills, able to balance several tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
