About the role

Join the Housekeeping team at Mandarin Oriental Paris as a Room Attendant. You will be responsible for delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality in guest rooms, ensuring every stay reflects the brand’s legendary service.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms according to Mandarin Oriental standards.
• Replace used amenities and restock rooms with necessary supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate departments promptly.
• Respond to guest requests quickly and exceed their expectations.
• Maintain a tidy and safe environment throughout the hotel, including public areas.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude with guests and team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items as required.
