Retail Derivatives Product & Marketing Associate

About the role

Euronext is looking for a Retail Derivatives Product & Marketing Associate to join its Financial Derivatives team. The role combines product development, go-to-market strategy and investor education to grow retail participation in listed derivatives across Euronext's eight European markets. It is based in Paris, with Amsterdam as another possible location, and reports to the Head of Financial Derivatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and develop Euronext's pan-European retail derivatives education programme (webinars, podcasts, workshops, digital content) and act as an active external representative of retail derivatives initiatives.
• Build high-quality educational content, ensure technical accuracy and distribute it through broker and partner channels.
• Build and run local and pan-European go-to-market plans, partnering with retail brokers and finding additional partners in the retail investment ecosystem.
• Measure the effectiveness of educational and marketing initiatives with key performance indicators and use data and feedback to improve the strategy.
• Contribute to the retail derivatives product roadmap for equity and fixed income, analysing investor and broker needs and monitoring product performance.
• Carry out competitive and market structure analysis, benchmarking listed derivatives against competing retail products to support product positioning and regulatory advocacy.
• Build relationships with retail brokers and ecosystem partners across European markets, working with the sales and marketing team.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in derivatives, trading, financial markets, brokerage, product marketing or a related field.
• Good understanding of listed markets and financial products such as futures and options, with a willingness to deepen knowledge of the retail investment landscape.
• Experience or strong interest in investor education, product development and market structure.
• Strong interest in B2B marketing, content production and campaign management.
• Fluent English and at least one of French, Dutch or Italian; proficiency in several Euronext market languages is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, proactive, entrepreneurial and adaptable to diverse local investor cultures.
