About the role

We are looking for a Production Manager (F/H) to lead our upstream machining unit. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving industrial performance while ensuring safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives are met. You will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain high quality standards throughout the production process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the upstream machining unit and supervise daily production activities.
• Monitor and improve industrial performance against safety, quality, deadline and cost targets.
• Implement cost‑control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and engage the production team to ensure high commitment and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with the Operations Director to align production plans with company goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing production or machining operations.
• Strong leadership focus on safety, quality and cost efficiency.
• Ability to work closely with senior management and drive team engagement.
• Experience in industrial performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
