You will act as the guarantee of the delivery promise made to clients, ensuring that production schedules and delivery timelines are perfectly aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Read and interpret manufacturing planning schedules to monitor production flow.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery dates and any adjustments.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure that commitments made to clients are fulfilled.
• Act as the central point of contact, orchestrating the flow of information between production, logistics and sales.
• Monitor inventory levels to anticipate supply constraints and avoid delays.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure timely material availability.

Required profile

• Strong sense of client service and ability to understand field requirements.
• Enjoyment of steering processes and managing complex schedules.
• Excellent communication skills in French.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
