Responsable Hôtelier / Hôtelière en EHPAD (F/H)

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Hotel Manager for an EHPAD (nursing home) located in the Sud‑Loire area of Nantes. The role is permanent (CDI) and focuses on delivering high‑quality hospitality services that meet both collective and individual needs of residents as part of the establishment’s care project.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and supervise all hotel‑related operations within the EHPAD, including accommodation, dining, housekeeping and guest services.
• Ensure that service standards comply with regulatory requirements and the specific expectations of elderly residents.
• Coordinate with care teams to align hospitality services with residents’ health and wellbeing plans.
• Manage budgets, inventory and supplier relationships to maintain cost‑effective operations.
• Monitor staff performance, provide training and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in hospitality management, preferably in senior or healthcare settings.
• Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a resident‑focused attitude.
