About the role

We are looking for a proactive leader to manage a small team of first‑line (N1) support technicians. The role involves guiding 4‑5 team members and ensuring high‑quality service for internal users. The manager will oversee incident handling and promote a collaborative environment that keeps service standards consistently high.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the N1 support team.
Monitor and maintain the quality of service delivered to end‑users.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents reported to the support desk.
Track incident tickets and follow up to guarantee closure within agreed timeframes.

Required profile

Experience in leading or supervising a technical support team.
Strong communication skills and ability to motivate team members.
Commitment to maintaining service standards and continuous improvement.
