About the role

Reporting to the Operations Management, you will lead the activity of the claims management unit, ensuring its organization, performance and the high quality of service delivered to insured customers.

Key responsibilities

Pilot the daily operations of the claims management unit.
Guarantee the organization and performance of the unit.
Ensure a high level of service quality for insured parties.
Manage team managers and oversee their teams.

Required profile

Proven experience in managing teams within a claims or insurance environment.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain high service standards.
