About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of the retail location, ensuring excellent customer service and achieving business goals.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and customer service.
Drive the achievement of sales targets and monitor performance indicators to meet business objectives.
Manage, train and motivate store staff, fostering a high‑performing team environment.

Required profile

Proven experience in retail management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
