Resident Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Resident Manager will report directly to the General Manager of the Meliá Paris La Défense hotel. This senior position oversees all operational areas, ensuring the delivery of 5‑star service and the implementation of Meliá’s standards across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, manage and analyse results for all hotel departments.
• Lead and motivate teams to maintain high‑quality service and efficient processes.
• Ensure compliance with Meliá Hotels International procedures, policies and strategic plans.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control and financial performance of the hotel.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years experience as Resident Manager or Assistant Manager in a 5‑star leisure hotel.
• University degree, preferably in Tourism or related field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong leadership, HR management and talent development capabilities.
• Willingness to relocate and work in a dynamic, international environment.
