Research Physicist with Python Experience – Freelance AI Trainer

About the role

We are looking for a research‑oriented physicist with strong Python programming skills to join our AI‑training platform on a freelance basis. You will create original computational physics problems that are used to test, evaluate and improve AI systems for leading tech companies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and formulate physics problems that reflect real research workflows in mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics and quantum mechanics.
• Develop Python‑based solutions using libraries such as NumPy, SciPy and SymPy, ensuring the tasks are computationally intensive and cannot be solved manually within reasonable timeframes.
• Base problem statements on actual research challenges or practical applications and verify solutions with standard physics simulation tools.
• Document each problem clearly, provide correct answers and maintain reproducible code.

Required profile

• Degree in Physics (theoretical, experimental or computational) or a closely related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in research, applied physics or teaching.
• Proficiency in Python for numerical validation and strong written English (C1+).
• Experience with numerical simulation methods and the ability to design problems that mirror real research workflows.
