About the role

99ads.com is seeking a Remote DTC Creative Strategist to design high‑performing social media ads for direct‑to‑consumer brands. You will blend creativity with data‑driven insights to craft innovative ad angles that maximise ROI for a global, multicultural client base.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative strategies for TikTok and Meta video ad campaigns.
• Collaborate with editors, designers, and copywriters to produce compelling ad creatives.
• Analyse ad account performance and optimise campaigns based on data.
• Write copy, video scripts, and creative briefs that align with brand objectives.
• Lead and mentor the creative team to ensure consistent quality and delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) – written and verbal.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in online advertising, preferably for DTC brands.
• Background in performance‑marketing or creative agencies, or in‑house brand roles.
• Experience in client‑facing environments and team leadership.
