Quality Control Technician Internship – Protein Electrophoresis

About the role

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global pharmaceutical and dermo-cosmetics group, is looking for a Quality Control Technician intern for its Gaillac site (Tarn, France). Reporting to the physico-chemistry head of quality control, you will join a team of about a dozen people and learn a protein detection method by electrophoresis using the laboratory equipment available.

Key responsibilities

• Learn the protein detection method by electrophoresis using the laboratory equipment available
• Write the operating procedure for the electrophoresis method
• Take part in training the team technicians on this method

Required profile

• Higher education level Bac+2 / Bac+3, such as a BTS, DUT or Technical Licence
• Team spirit, adaptability, autonomy and rigour

Required skills

• Comfort with computer tools, especially Word and Excel
