Quality Assistant – Biotech R&D

About the role

We are an innovative biotech company developing next‑generation therapeutics such as single‑domain antibodies, conjugates and siRNA. We are looking for a Quality Assistant to support the deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement of our quality system across scientific, laboratory, HR and support teams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Quality Manager in deploying, monitoring and improving the company’s quality system.
• Manage quality documentation (SOPs, procedures, forms, templates, records) using Zendoc, ensuring updates, distribution and traceability.
• Coordinate internal training on quality, health & safety and laboratory practices, updating materials and tracking progress in iSpring.
• Act as an operational liaison for scientific and laboratory teams to ensure correct application of quality, laboratory and HSE/SST requirements.
• Support preparation of quality reviews, internal audits, supplier audits and inspections, and help identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist with health & safety topics, including annual exposure forms, employee files in Lucca, ENS follow‑up and DUERP updates.
• Ensure key laboratory information and displays are up‑to‑date in collaboration with relevant teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in quality, biotechnology, biology, pharmacy, life sciences, health, HSE/SST or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in quality, scientific documentation, quality assurance or HSE/SST, preferably in a biotech, laboratory or CRO environment.
• Strong understanding of quality documentation management and traceability requirements in a scientific setting.
• Interest in quality, training, health & safety and risk prevention.
