SLS Coordinator – Final Assembly Line A350

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking an SLS Coordinator for the Final Assembly Line A350 in Toulouse, France. The position is part of the Health, Safety and Environment department supporting the A350 Final Assembly Line.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the FAL Local Safety Support (SLS) network, cascade global EHS strategy and track performance KPIs.
• Advise operational managers on EHS requirements, promote safety culture through field initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Lead occupational risk assessments, incident resolution, root‑cause analysis and liaison with prevention and health services.
• Integrate EHS requirements into industrial evolution projects and manage the safety CAPEX budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree (BAC+5) or equivalent in HSE/EHS.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and problem‑solving methodologies.
• Project management skills.
• Professional level of English.
