About the role

Freyssinet France, a subsidiary of the VINCI Group, is looking for a QSE Manager to lead quality, safety and environmental initiatives on large civil‑engineering projects. The role supports the company’s ambition to repair, reinforce and protect structures for a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

Define and implement QSE policies and procedures for major projects.
Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal standards throughout project lifecycles.
Coordinate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks related to quality, safety and the environment.
Prepare and present QSE performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

Experience in managing QSE aspects within the construction or civil‑engineering sector.
Strong understanding of French regulations on quality, safety and environmental protection.
Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
