About the role
Freyssinet France, a subsidiary of the VINCI Group, is looking for a QSE Manager to lead quality, safety and environmental initiatives on large civil‑engineering projects. The role supports the company’s ambition to repair, reinforce and protect structures for a sustainable future.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement QSE policies and procedures for major projects.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and internal standards throughout project lifecycles.
- Coordinate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks related to quality, safety and the environment.
- Prepare and present QSE performance reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Experience in managing QSE aspects within the construction or civil‑engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of French regulations on quality, safety and environmental protection.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary project teams.
