Project & Operations Coordinator

About the role

Bonjout Beauty, a fast‑growing French skincare brand expanding in the US, is looking for a Project & Operations Coordinator to support its operational engine. Working closely with the Head of Operations, you will manage supply‑chain activities, vendor relations and internal processes in a dynamic, cross‑functional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Place and track purchase orders from creation to delivery, building demand forecasts based on sales data and volume trends.
• Coordinate shipments with French manufacturers, Taiwanese suppliers, freight forwarders and 3PLs to US warehouses, handling delays, customs issues and supplier slippage.
• Maintain up‑to‑date supply‑chain visibility on open orders, in‑transit stock and blockers, making trade‑off decisions on cost, lead time and reliability.
• Onboard new vendors, document processes and improve internal tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain trackers and dashboards that keep the team aligned.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or international shipping.
• Proactive attitude in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments; able to act without waiting for instructions.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Based in Paris (on‑site role).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (spreadsheet power user).
