Project Manager – Luxury Hotel Development

About the role

Oetker Hotels is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its corporate office in Paris. You will lead the execution of development and construction projects across our luxury hotel portfolio, ensuring they meet brand standards, budget constraints, and delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project execution, monitor schedules, and coordinate all stakeholders.
• Review designs, specifications, FF&E and OS&E to guarantee alignment with Oetker Hotels standards.
• Manage relationships with owners, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
• Control budgets, identify value‑engineering opportunities and ensure cost‑effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with brand, safety, hygiene, sustainability and luxury hospitality requirements.
• Prepare progress reports, conduct site inspections, assess risks and provide recommendations.

Required profile

• Strong communication, collaboration and proactive attitude.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Experience in luxury hospitality project delivery.
• Professionalism, integrity and discretion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Proficiency with MS Project.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
• Familiarity with AI tools for project support.
