Project Manager – Automation & Robotics

About the role

As a Project Manager within Bucci Industries' Sinteco division, you will lead projects from order confirmation through to final customer acceptance. You will ensure that timelines, budgets, quality standards and customer expectations are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all project phases, including installation, commissioning and acceptance activities.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and internal teams to monitor progress.
• Identify critical issues early, propose effective solutions and keep projects on track.
• Manage documentation, cost control and schedule adherence.
• Support post‑implementation hand‑over and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in industrial, automation, technical or healthcare environments (hospital sector a plus).
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset and capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within international teams.
• Good knowledge of digital and project‑management tools.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Fluent French (required), professional English; Italian is a plus.
