Project Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level Project Data Analyst to support our project teams by turning raw data into actionable insights. You will help improve project performance, decision‑making and reporting through accurate data collection, analysis and visualization.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and manage project‑related data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards and visualisations that illustrate progress, timelines, resource utilisation and key performance indicators.
• Monitor project metrics, identify trends, assess risks and suggest process‑improvement opportunities.
• Assist with forecasting, performance tracking, data validation and regular reporting activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity and reporting efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data into clear insights.
• Effective organisational and time‑management skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of project performance measurement, forecasting and process‑improvement practices is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel).
• Experience using reporting tools.
• Familiarity with data‑visualisation platforms.
• Understanding of database concepts (e.g., SQL) and basic statistical techniques.
