Project Architect – High-End Interior Design

About the role

AW² is seeking a senior Project Architect to lead high‑end interior design projects, primarily in the hospitality sector. The role combines concept development, detailed design, client liaison and project profitability, while overseeing a small team of assistants or trainees.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple interior design projects of varying size and location simultaneously.
• Oversee all design phases from concept to execution plans, ensuring high‑quality deliverables.
• Maintain direct client relationships, guaranteeing satisfaction and timely communication.
• Control project budgets and schedules to achieve profitability targets.
• Lead and mentor project assistants or trainees according to each project’s needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in an architecture office, with a focus on high‑end hospitality projects.
• Fluent professional English speaker.
• Strong organisational, autonomous and initiative‑taking attitude.
• Willingness to travel as project demands.
• Values aligned with respect, curiosity, passion and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Advanced interior design expertise on luxury hospitality projects.
• Proven concept design capabilities.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Project management and team leadership experience.
