Program and Commercial Manager

About the role

The Program and Commercial Manager will own the full lifecycle of multiple programmes and products, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company objectives. This position reports to senior leadership within Airbus Atlantic Composites and operates in the Bordeaux area.

Key responsibilities

• Take full management accountability for a portfolio of projects, handling inter‑dependencies across the programme lifecycle.
• Define, develop and apply programme and product strategies that meet customer needs.
• Guarantee delivery of product quality, schedule, and financial targets, including profit and loss responsibility.
• Lead the programme organisation, optimise resource allocation and resolve conflicts, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor compliance risks and act with integrity to protect the company’s reputation and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Professional experience in programme or project management, preferably within aerospace or a related industrial sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex inter‑dependent projects and deliver on financial objectives.
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements and ethical business conduct.
