Product Activation Trainee – Klorane / Furterer France

About the role

Pierre Fabre Laboratories, a global dermo-cosmetics group, is recruiting a product activation trainee for its Klorane / Furterer France business unit. The trainee reports to the activation manager and works closely with the activation project manager. The internship takes place at the Cauquillous site in Lavaur (Tarn), about 30 minutes from Toulouse, starting in January 2027.

Key responsibilities

• Help build the local digital strategy and related action plans for your area, to grow sales and profitability
• Operationalise these plans across media, CRM, influencers and social channels, within budget and deadlines
• Monitor their implementation with the digital teams
• Ensure the brand image and values are correctly adapted locally
• Measure omnichannel campaign performance and propose improvement plans

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher, such as a Master in marketing or digital marketing at a business school
• Familiarity with precision marketing and digital marketing techniques
• Comfortable in communication and presentation
• A strong interest in cosmetics, consumer behaviour and the environment
• Creativity, teamwork spirit and collaborative approach
