Procurement Partner (IT Buyer) – Full-time

About the role

Najar is looking for an IT Procurement Partner to join its fast‑growing team. You will be responsible for shaping the company’s IT purchasing strategy, optimizing workflows, and ensuring cost‑effective procurement while collaborating closely with Finance, IT and other business units.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT purchasing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Optimize procurement workflows and manage supplier selection.
• Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and cost‑effectiveness.
• Maintain supplier relationships, evaluate performance and benchmark vendors.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and manage risk.
• Monitor IT spend, identify savings opportunities and track procurement KPIs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and data.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimisation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Finance, IT and other stakeholders.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships and contracts.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling procurement data and KPIs.
