Process Improvement & Reporting Analyst

About the role

In a complex, international automotive environment, the Process Improvement & Reporting Analyst will help optimise warranty cost recovery and charge‑back processes. The role combines process analysis, data‑driven reporting and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver measurable financial improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive warranty and supplier charge‑back process improvements within the Stellantis Value Creation Program.
• Analyse end‑to‑end warranty recovery flows to identify gaps, delays and leakage.
• Lead initiatives to maximise recovery rates, shorten cycle times and secure financial outcomes.
• Standardise and document processes, promoting best practices across regions and entities.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and Access‑based warranty databases.
• Consolidate multi‑source data, automate controls and track recovery performance and lead times.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and contribute to automation of data flows and interfaces.
• Deliver high‑impact analyses to warranty and management teams, supporting performance reviews and cost committees.

Required profile

• Strong background in process and continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of automotive warranty and charge‑back mechanisms.
• Highly analytical with strong critical‑thinking abilities.
• Results‑driven, detail‑oriented and comfortable working with both financial and technical datasets.
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills.
