Pre‑School English Teacher (CDI) – Paris

About the role

Join École M, a network of innovative bilingual preschools in Paris, as an English‑speaking teacher for children aged 2 to 5. You will work alongside a French‑speaking colleague in a multi‑level classroom, delivering personalised and active learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and develop a work plan for your class, aligned with the school’s pedagogical project and the national curriculum.
• Determine academic and socio‑emotional learning objectives for each child and create individualized plans to achieve them.
• Collaborate closely with the teaching team, sharing objectives, assessment tools and results with colleagues, families and students.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with students, families and the wider school community.
• Contribute to the development of the school by bringing passion, open‑mindedness and interpersonal skills.
• Work with researchers, designers, developers and other educators to shape a new, innovative preschool model.

Required profile

• Significant preschool teaching experience, preferably across different countries or school systems.
• Warm, passionate, rigorous, creative and organised.
• Comfortable using digital and collaborative tools.
• Native or near‑native English speaker.
