Portfolio Analytics & Forecasts Actuary

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and seeks an actuary specialized in portfolio analytics and forecasting. The role supports both health and disability (prevoyance) lines across multiple countries, helping to monitor portfolio performance and drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and build metrics, tools, and dynamic analytics to monitor the portfolio and forecast margin.
• Own quantitative metric computation to add value to strategic decisions such as portfolio repricing.
• Analyse margin and claims drivers for both gross and ceded business to support repricing and guarantee adjustments.
• Contribute to reinsurance plans and support renewal strategy in collaboration with the Risk team.
• Support new‑country entities in establishing their own portfolio monitoring and forecasting processes.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in insurance and portfolio monitoring.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams including strategy, finance, and risk.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with R or Python for data analysis.
• Ability to build and maintain analytical dashboards and forecasting models.
