Analytics and Pricing Expert - Insurance

About the role

Alan builds prevention insurance, integrating insurance, prevention and care into a single user experience, and partners with 40,000+ companies and serves more than 1 million members. Its insurance team works with data scientists, designers, engineers and product managers to build differentiated products at a fair price. This role is based in France and requires eligibility to work there; remote work is offered.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to price and develop proposals for very large corporate clients and public institutions
• Act as a trusted technical advisor in client meetings, giving expert insights that build confidence in the solutions
• Help design insurance products that meet member needs and regulatory requirements
• Support key account managers in nurturing and renewing strategic client relationships
• Develop scalable tools, frameworks and knowledge resources for the sales teams

Required profile

• Able to navigate and synthesise technical, data, legal and business considerations related to health and income protection insurance
• 2 years of experience in health and/or "prevoyance" insurance is a big plus but not required
• Analytical and structured, with a fact-based decision-making style
• Fluent in French (for French clients) and English (the company's working language); C1-F level expected
