People Growth Operations Specialist

About the role

Alan is building a new standard in prevention insurance and needs a People Growth Operations Specialist to design, scale, and automate HR processes across its international footprint. You will join a vibrant People team of 11, working closely with stakeholders in Belgium, Canada, France, and Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, user‑centric documentation for key HR processes and policies.
• Streamline and simplify operations, identifying opportunities for efficiency.
• Automate recurring HR workflows to ensure long‑term scalability.
• Scale training policies and manage programmes such as the Coaching Academy.
• Analyze Learning and Development data to inform process improvements.
• Support HR operations for employees under record of employment across all operating countries.

Required profile

• Strong appetite for analysing L&D data and building automated solutions.
• Sharp understanding of business strategy, company culture, and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple regions.
• Ability to design processes that remain robust for years.
