Payroll Operations Manager France

About the role

SD Worx is building a new international payroll team focused on SAP Managed Payroll Services (MPS) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). As the Payroll Operations Manager for France, you will lead the creation and growth of this organization, working closely with senior management and the HR Operations Chapter Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑create the structure, processes and teams for the International SAP MPS and BPO organization.
• Define and implement payroll operational standards for French and European clients.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align payroll services with business strategy.
• Lead, inspire and develop a multicultural payroll team.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll regulations and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payroll operations, preferably within an international or outsourcing environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑growing, innovative setting.

Required skills

• SAP payroll solutions (SAP MPS).
• Deep knowledge of payroll systems and processes.
