About the role

Excel is recruiting an Operations Manager for a permanent position in France, supporting a high‑profile client’s executive jet fleet. You will lead a fast‑paced maintenance department, ensuring seamless scheduling, planning and coordination of all activities.

Key responsibilities

Manage the station’s annual plan and control material expenses.
Guarantee that all maintenance activities meet or exceed quality standards.
Lead, develop and grow the station’s workforce.
Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar aviation or MRO environment.
Preferably holds an EASA licence with at least one business‑jet type rating.
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and teams in a high‑tempo setting.
