Operations Manager – Aviation Maintenance

About the role
Excel is recruiting an Operations Manager for a permanent position in France, supporting a high‑profile client’s executive jet fleet. You will lead a fast‑paced maintenance department, ensuring seamless scheduling, planning and coordination of all activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the station’s annual plan and control material expenses.
- Guarantee that all maintenance activities meet or exceed quality standards.
- Lead, develop and grow the station’s workforce.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar aviation or MRO environment.
- Preferably holds an EASA licence with at least one business‑jet type rating.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and teams in a high‑tempo setting.
