About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Night Auditor to join a high‑end hotel in Bordeaux. Working the night shift, you will ensure a seamless hand‑over to the morning team while providing top‑class service to guests.

Key responsibilities

Welcome guests during night hours and manage check‑in/check‑out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, and physical requests.
Perform administrative reception tasks such as billing and record keeping.
Conduct regular hotel rounds, report incidents, and maintain security standards.
Assist with bar service when needed.

Required profile

Minimum two years of experience in hotel reception or night audit.
Fluent in both English and French.
Proactive, courteous, and comfortable serving demanding clientele.
Available to work night shifts on a 35‑hour weekly schedule.
