Night Ambassador – Hotel Guest Services (Paris)

About the role

Join citizenM as a Night Ambassador and become the face of our hotel during the night hours. You will welcome guests, serve food and drinks, and ensure a smooth, memorable experience from the moment they arrive until they depart.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and assist them at self‑check‑in kiosks.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold breakfast items, coffee, and signature cocktails.
• Act as a concierge, offering local recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment.
• Maintain the living room, clean the canteen, and arrange food displays for the next shift.
• Handle guest requests, operate the property management system, and complete the nightly audit.
• Manage keys, oversee night‑time operations, and respond to emergencies if needed.

Required profile

• Friendly, empathetic attitude with a genuine desire to treat guests like friends.
• Collaborative mindset, optimistic outlook and ability to spread positive vibes.
• Curious problem‑solver who seeks simpler, better ways to work.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with a property management system (PMS) and night‑audit procedures.
