National Sales Director – Supply Chain Technology

About the role

Manhattan, a supply chain commerce technology company, is looking for a National Sales Director to lead the proactive development and win of new business, primarily in France. This is a stand-alone role focused on developing and executing the Manhattan sales plan.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the development and execution of the sales plan, including market development and account sales strategies
• Own the full sales cycle: opportunity qualification, coordination and management of the resources needed to sell, corporate sales methodology and processes, the decision-making process, contract negotiation and sales closure
• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders and counterparts within the business
• Deeply understand potential prospects' businesses (economic drivers, opportunities and priorities) to articulate the value proposition of Manhattan's products and services
• Analyse competitor offerings and positioning to differentiate Manhattan's products and services
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless post-sales and implementation handover and documentation
• The territory is primarily France, but assignment to accounts outside France is possible
