Microsoft 365 Consultant (M/F)

About the role

Magellan, an international management and technology consulting group, is looking for an M365 Consultant to work across the full project lifecycle of Microsoft 365 implementations, from technical scoping to deployment. The role suits someone who wants to move through IT projects using their expertise in Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Audit the existing landscape and assess client requirements
• Facilitate technical specification workshops
• Draft documentation (engineering, integration, UAT documents, etc.)
• Deploy solutions within the client's environment
• Carry out technical and functional UAT

Required profile

• Master's degree (Bac+5)
• At least 3 years of experience on Microsoft 365 migration projects
• Strong communicator, able to adapt to both teamwork and client projects
• Good interpersonal skills, strong adaptability and a service-oriented mindset
• Fluent in French
• One or more Microsoft certifications or an MVP title is a plus

Required skills

• Mastery of Microsoft technologies, particularly Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Power Platform and Teams
• Good knowledge of one or more migration tools (e.g. BitTitan, Binary Tree)
