Médecin addictologue (Stage) – CDI – Vesoul

About the role

We are looking for a qualified physician specialized in addiction medicine to join a multidisciplinary team in Vesoul. The position is a permanent contract (CDI) with the possibility of tele‑consultations and can be full‑time or part‑time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 30‑minute addiction consultations as part of a multidisciplinary team (doctors, nurses, social workers).
• Work in a methadone dispensing unit together with nurses and social workers.
• Evaluate dependence, manage medical care and identify somatic and psychiatric comorbidities.
• Prescribe treatments, including opioid substitution medications.
• Provide risk‑reduction counseling, therapeutic education and propose therapeutic withdrawal plans.
• Participate in weekly synthesis meetings and monthly team meetings, contributing clinical updates.
• Ensure the quality of patient records.
• If acting as coordinator, dedicate one day per week to partnership relations, dossier preparation, authorization requests and team coordination for CSAPA users.

Required profile

• Medical doctor registered with the French National Council of the Order of Physicians.
• General practitioner qualification and/or experience in addiction medicine.

• Permanent contract (CDI) with salary based on experience (Convention 66).
• No on‑call duties, no weekend work, daytime schedule.
• Additional monthly allowance of €517 gross and extra quarterly leave (total 18 extra days per year).
