About the role

The position is for a Medical Coordinator specialized in addiction medicine, working within a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurses, and social workers. The role combines clinical consultations, coordination of care pathways, and administrative responsibilities, with the possibility of teleconsultations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct half‑hour addiction consultations, assessing dependence and comorbidities.
• Prescribe opioid substitution treatments, including methadone, and propose therapeutic withdrawal plans.
• Provide risk‑reduction counseling and therapeutic education.
• Participate in weekly synthesis meetings and monthly team meetings, presenting case updates.
• Coordinate patient pathways within the CSAPA, handling partnership relations, dossier preparation, and authorization requests.
• Maintain high‑quality patient records and ensure continuity of care.

Required profile

• Medical Doctor registered with the French National Council of the Order of Physicians.
• General practitioner qualification, with experience or a diploma (DU) in addiction medicine.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
