Master Data Management Expert for ERP

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an ERP Master Data Expert (f/m) to join its Master Data X‑Systems department (OEDX) in Toulouse, France. You will become part of the international Center of Competence for Operations, Quality, Procurement & Supply Chain applications across all Airbus divisions. The role leads SAP‑centric data governance, implements innovative digital supply‑chain solutions and ensures end‑to‑end data consistency to protect operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management for SAP‑centric data governance, procurement quality and digital supply‑chain solutions.
• Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert establishing business rules for Material and Vendor master data.
• Define, document and maintain procurement data models, architecture rules and standardisation protocols.
• Implement end‑to‑end Master Data Governance (SAP MDG) ensuring seamless integration with PLM and Skywise interfaces.
• Promote SAP MDM best practices, driving automation and digital innovation to boost procurement efficiency.

Required profile

• Background in Information Management, Business Administration, IT Project Management or equivalent.
• Proven track record leading data or master‑data initiatives internationally (minimum 10 years).
• Strong technical expertise in the SAP ecosystem (MM, MDG, S/4HANA) and digital data tools such as PLM and Skywise.
• Practical experience in Operations, Quality or Procurement & Supply‑Chain environments.
• Fluent English; proficiency in French, German or Spanish is a plus.
