SAP Procurement Business Analyst – Digital Department

About the role

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a SAP Procurement Business Analyst to join its Digital department in Toulouse. You will bridge complex business needs with modern technology to optimise sourcing and general procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear User Stories with acceptance criteria, prioritising the "Why" before the "How".
• Drive Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), manage backlogs and sprint ceremonies, and make data‑driven decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, conduct visual analysis and process mapping (As‑Is vs. To‑Be).
• Ensure interface design coherence, Information System Security Management, and alignment between IT strategy and business operations.

Required profile

• Technical expertise in SAP modules (MM, PP, ABAP, MDM) and interface design.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile delivery methods (Scrum, Kanban, ideally SAFe) and ITIL framework.
• Strong customer orientation, ability to engage stakeholders across transnational initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency for an international context.
