Marketing Program Manager, France

About the role

Elastic, the Search AI Company, is hiring a Marketing Program Manager for France to drive regional marketing programs aligned with its go-to-market priorities. Based in Paris with regular on-site presence for events and sales engagement, the role reports to the Senior Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA North. It is a high-ownership, hands-on position representing marketing locally alongside sales leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run regional marketing programs in France to drive pipeline, including events, roundtables, conferences, webinars, ABM and partner marketing
• Shape plans, align on priorities and deliver and follow up independently, end to end
• Build and manage campaigns, including email marketing, landing pages, lists, communications, logistics and vendor coordination
• Lead delivery on-site at key events and act as main contact for speakers, vendors and internal teams
• Work closely with sales, presenting plans and results and representing regional marketing locally
• Keep campaigns accurate, on time and on budget, and track performance and pipeline impact
• Follow up with sales and collaborate with product marketing, ops, digital and partners on joint programs

Required profile

• 8+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in tech, with strong field marketing experience
• Proactive, hands-on and reliable, able to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions independently
• Confident working with sales leadership and in a matrix organisation
• Fluent in French and English
• Willingness to travel about 20-25%

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo or similar tools
• Digital savviness
